    We use Australia Post for all of our shipments.

    Orders placed before 2pm are shipped same day from Newcastle NSW.

    • Express Post for Metro Areas takes 1-2 business days and rural and non metro up to 7 business days depending on your location. 
    In the event you have incorrectly entered information please reach out to us via email at thehempdrop@gmail.com to update information or cancel an order. As all orders and shipping labels are automated we can not guarantee that our online orders team will be able to intercept the order prior to it being dispatched.

    Please ensure the correct post codes are entered and if you are in an office building, please add your company name to avoid your package being sent back to us.

    The Hemp Drop will not be held responsible for incorrect details entered at the time of ordering online, including an incorrect delivery address. 
    All parcels sent must be signed for. Delivery instructions can be provided when placing an order if you would like your parcel to be left at your address with no signature. The Hemp Drop accept no responsibility for lost or missing orders if you have given permission for the parcel to be left unattended without being signed for. Please ensure to collect your order from the designated Post Office or Parcel Locker within the provided timeframe to avoid parcels being returned to us as additional shipping costs may occur.

     

    REFUNDS AND RETURNS

    We truly hope you fall in love with THD drop like we have, but if for any reason you would like to return your product purchase within 14 days of receiving and your item is unopened and unused; you can return the item to us for a full product refund.

    (Please note return shipping and any shipping costs for the order are not refundable.)

    Please ensure you choose a tracked return shipping option to return the goods, as all risk during return transport is the senders responsibility.
